Refreshing mint smoothie with cocoa butter and almond drink

Ingredients for one jar:

  • 300 ml almond drink
  • 40 g cocoa butter
  • at least 5 big mint leaves
  • 3 dates
  • optional: 1 tsp spirulina

Further ingredients:

  • blueberries
  • mint
  • 1 tbsp chocolate drops


  1. In a pan, melt cocoa butter. Add almond drink and stir well. Then allow to cool.
  2. In the meantime, melt chocolate drops and drizzle the chocolate over the edge of the glass. Refrigerate.
  3. Combine almond drink, cocoabutter, mint leaves, dates and spirulina in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into the prepared jar and decorate with some blueberries and mint leaves.
