Refreshing mint smoothie with cocoa butter and almond drink
Ingredients for one jar:
- 300 ml almond drink
- 40 g cocoa butter
- at least 5 big mint leaves
- 3 dates
- optional: 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp chocolate drops
- In a pan, melt cocoa butter. Add almond drink and stir well. Then allow to cool.
- In the meantime, melt chocolate drops and drizzle the chocolate over the edge of the glass. Refrigerate.
- Combine almond drink, cocoabutter, mint leaves, dates and spirulina in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into the prepared jar and decorate with some blueberries and mint leaves.
