Crunchy walnut cookies with chocolate chips

Ingredients for about 12 cookies:

  • 150 g spelt flour
  • 100 g vegan butter
  • 65 g raw cane sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 40 g chocolate drops
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F).
  2. Pour together all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix again.
  3. Make 12 small balls. Place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
