Ingredients for the smoothie:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • optional: 1 tsp maca powder
  • 100 ml grape juice
  • 50 ml water

Toppings:

  • buckwheat
  • chia seeds
  • banana
  • cacao nibs
  • desiccated coconut
  • blueberries
  • coconut chips

Directions:

  1. Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
