This smoothie bowl consists of berries, banana and avocado, which gives your smoothie a perfect texture.

Ingredients for the smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (frozen) raspberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • optional: 1 tsp baobab powder
  • about 150 ml almond drink

Toppings:

  • popped quinoa
  • pitaya
  • cacao nibs
  • muesli
  • desiccated coconut
  • blueberries
  • coconut chips

Directions:

  1. Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
