Pink smoothie bowl made out of frozen pitaya puree, raspberries, banana and almond drink.

Ingredients for the smoothie:

  • 150 ml pitaya puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 100 ml almond drink

Toppings:

  • buckwheat
  • banana
  • cacao nibs
  • desiccated coconut
  • hemp seeds
  • blueberries
  • coconut chips

Directions:

  1. Pour the pitaya puree into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
  2. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Decorate with your fav toppings.
