Creamy pistachio porridge with pistachio butter, as well as, banana, cherries, blueberries, cacao nibs and coconut chips.
Ingredients per serving:
For the porridge:
- 250 ml soy drink
- 100 ml water
- about 60 g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp xylit or raw cane sugar
- 1 tbsp pistachio butter
- 1 banana
- cacao nibs
- coconut chips
- 1 tsp pistachio butter
- Pour soy drink, water, oats and sweetener into a pan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add pistachio butter and let boil for a few minutes until the right consistency is reached.
- Pour porridge into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
