Creamy pistachio porridge with pistachio butter, as well as, banana, cherries, blueberries, cacao nibs and coconut chips.

Ingredients per serving:

For the porridge:

  • 250 ml soy drink
  • 100 ml water
  • about 60 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp xylit or raw cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp pistachio butter

Toppings:

  • 1 banana
  • blueberries
  • cherries
  • cacao nibs
  • coconut chips
  • 1 tsp pistachio butter

Directions:

  1. Pour soy drink, water, oats and sweetener into a pan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add pistachio butter and let boil for a few minutes until the right consistency is reached.
  4. Pour porridge into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
