Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients for the smoothie:

  • 1 cup of frozen zucchini pieces
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp blue spirulina
  • 150-200 ml almond drink

Toppings:

  • coconut chips
  • blueberries
  • desiccated coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • banana
  • hemp seeds
  • white chocolate shells and mermaid tail

Directions:

  1. Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
  3. For the mermaid tail, I used cacao butter and a mermaid form but you can use white chocolate as well.
