Coconuts filled with a pear coconut smoothie and blue spirulina.
- 1 coconut
- 1 pear
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- Open the coconut with a screwdriver and a hammer.
- Pit and quarter the pear and put it into a mixer together with the spirulina, coconut milk and water.
- Place the smoothie in the coconut halfs and top them with blueberries, cacao nibs, coconut chips and popped quinoa. 🙂
