Coconuts filled with a pear coconut smoothie and blue spirulina.


  • 1 coconut
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • water


  1. Open the coconut with a screwdriver and a hammer.
  2. Pit and quarter the pear and put it into a mixer together with the spirulina, coconut milk and water.
  3. Place the smoothie in the coconut halfs and top them with blueberries, cacao nibs, coconut chips and popped quinoa. 🙂
