Refreshing mint cucumber smoothie bowl topped with frozen blackberries

Ingredients for the smoothie:

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • a few mint leaves
  • 100 ml almond drink
  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 3 tbsp almond flour

Toppings:

  • desiccated coconut
  • blackberries
  • coconut chips
  • cacao nibs
  • banana
  • hemp seeds
  • mulberries
  • popped amaranth

Directions:

  1. Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
