Naturally coloured blue smoothie bowl with lots of nutrients and my favorite algae – blue spirulina inside.

Ingredients for one bowl:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 100 ml water or almond drink

Toppings:

  • coconut chips
  • blueberries
  • desiccated coconut
  • cereals
  • banana
  • cacao nibs
  • popped quinoa

Directions:

  1. Roughly chop the apple. Peel the banana.
  2. Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
