These chia overnight oats are a combination of chia pudding and overnight oats. They can be prepared easily in the evening and transform than in a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients per serving:

  • 150 ml soy drink
  • 6 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar

Toppings:

  • peanut butter
  • frozen berries
  • coconut chips

Directions:

  1. In a jar, combine soy drink, blue spirulina and coconut sugar.
  2. Add the rolled oats and chia seeds. Stir well.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top it with berries, peanut butter and coconut chips.
