One of my favorite ingredients in smoothie bowls are berries. For this bowl I used fresh blackberries from the garden.
Ingredients for one bowl:
- 1 cup of blackberries
- 2 bananas
- 100 ml plant-based milk or water
- coconut chips
- desiccated coconut
- cacao nibs
- Peel the banana.
- Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
