One of my favorite ingredients in smoothie bowls are berries. For this bowl I used fresh blackberries from the garden.

Ingredients for one bowl:

  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 ml plant-based milk or water

Toppings:

  • coconut chips
  • pitaya
  • blueberries
  • desiccated coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • banana
  • buckwheat

Directions:

  1. Peel the banana.
  2. Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
