Fruity smoothie bowl with frozen berries, pear and banana inside.

Ingredients for one bowl:

  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • optional: 1 tsp blueberry powder
  • optional: 1 tsp maca powder
  • 100 ml water

Toppings:

  • coconut chips
  • blueberries
  • desiccated coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • banana
  • chia seeds
  • buckwheat

Directions:

  1. Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
