Refreshing smoothie bowl loaded with proteins and antioxidants

Ingredients for the smoothie:

  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 200 ml almond drink
  • optional: 1 tsp acai powder

Toppings:

  • chia seeds
  • popped amaranth
  • banana
  • kakao nibs
  • desiccated coconut
  • frozen blackberries
  • coconut chips

Directions:

  1. Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
