Beetroot smoothie bowl full of nutrients, like iron and folic acid.
Ingredients for one bowl:
- a small beetroot
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp baobab powder
- 150 ml water
- cacao nibs
- hemp seeds
- Roughly chop beet and apple. Peel the banana.
- Put everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Fill the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
